#LetsDoLondonBetter x Westfield Shopping Centres
Started on Instagram by Laura Nevill as a response to David Hockney’s recent commission for Transport for London, the campaign aims to raise the profiles of emerging artists. Laura encouraged young artists and designers to share their work in place of Hockney’s in an effort to show The Mayor of London what a wealth of local talent there is available to call upon. As the campaign gained traction, it was featured in the Evening Standard and resulted in a partnership with Westfield Shopping Centres. The work of over 30 artists is now on display on digital screens across both Stratford and Shepherds Bush sites. You can view the rest of the artist’s work here.
