All items will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving payment.
All items will be sent via Royal Mail signed delivery. If special delivery is required please let me know and I will do my best to assist where possible.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided. All incorrect addresses will result in your item being returned to me with you, the customer, being liable to pay for re-postage.
Shipping to non UK countries will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed delivery. Insurance will be obtained for goods.
Please note that shipment to non UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. I have no control over these charges and bear no responsibility.
If you are not satisfied with your product I am happy to offer a full refund or exchange of the product. I cannot offer a refund for the delivery charges.
If a refund or exchange is required then please email email@example.com to start the process. Please state your order number and postal address in the email as well as your reason for needing to return the item.
Goods must be returned in their original, sellable condition in order to issue a refund or exchange.
You must return the items in their original condition within 14 working days of delivery. I will issue a refund to you within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Postage must be paid by you, the customer, on all returned goods. Please obtain proof of postage as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit – I suggest posting tracked and signed to be safe.
