Hygge Illustrated Pattern

Hygge: In Danish culture, a feeling of cosiness, contentment or well-being. For this illustrated pattern I loved conjouring up all the things that evoke cosiness for me: soft lighting, snuggly slippers, a good book, cute candles and hot drinks out of pretty cups. I illustrated all the elements using brush and ink before applying colour and arranging the pattern digitally.
