A celestial themed repeat pattern created by illustrating the animal constellations of the night sky. I was inspired by the stories of seafarers and nomadic people who have navigated the world using the stars over millennia. The illustrations in the celestial pattern draw on the ‘zoo in the sky’ and feature both animals and historical navigation equipment.
