A silk-screen print produced for Studio 73 Gallery’s Botanicals exhibition. This print illustrates the Barbican conservatory – an oasis of calm hidden within London’s iconic Brutalist structure. Created using my own photographs and drawings, the print brings together the exotic plant life and concrete shapes of the Barbican greenhouse. Contained within one of London’s finest examples of Brutalist architecture, the conservatory is home to cacti, succulents and koi carp.
‘Barbican Conservatory’ is a seven layer limited edition screen print and is available to buy from my shop. The print is hand pulled onto 280gsm Lambeth drawing cartidge paper. Each one is signed and numbered by me.
